Nose: Deep, layered, fruit forward. Coconut flakes, vanilla beans, pine nuts, ripe melons, superb late season honey, strawberry jam, blackberry crumble, goldenrods, old leather bound books.
Palate: Deep and dark. More fruit; blackberry juice and currants. Fresh mushrooms, oak trees, fresh coconut, over baked banana bread with chocolate chips, vanilla syrup, peppermint chocolate comes through on a long finish with hints of complex spices of nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves.
