ABV: 46%
Nose: White grape juice. Fresh grain and chaff, butterscotch and buttery croissant, delicate lemon pastry, powdered chocolate, toasty oak.
Palate: Big caramel and floral notes. Grain becomes corn kernels. Swedish fish gummies! Orange rinds, dried apricots, and cinnamon sugar. Ginger powder and coconut flakes. Slight herbal notes, bay leaves. Fruity, ginger finish.
Sweet and complex, a wonderful dessert whisky.
