Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Casks: Bourbon
Nose: Mint syrup, Good n’ Plenty candy, banana esters, young oak and vanilla extract, chamomile tea, gentle herbal notes (especially tarragon).
Palate: Shortbread, mint tea with extra sugar, banana pudding, delicate and sweet.
Overall: Well balanced, subtle whiskey with lots of banana and herbal notes. Not especially complex but a solid dram.
