Nose: Yellow cake with canned icing. Powdered sugar. Vanilla extract stirred into sourdough pancake batter. Dry hay and fresh cut oak. Tons of banana notes; in fresh and candy forms.
Palate: Banana Runts candy. Creamy mouthfeel with lots of vanilla icing. Green papaya. Surprisingly spicy, especially ginger powder and cloves. Coconut flakes and almond flour.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy. More ginger with white pepper prickling all the way.
