Nose: First, whiffs of cedar smoke and red apple skins. Then, waxy candy wrapper, wet oak, stewed apples and pears, vanilla toffee, and black pepper.
Palate: Charred wood, prunes, jalapeno jam, cinnamon sticks. Quite punchy for the abv.
Finish: Long and smokey
