Nose: Vanilla custard, bubblegum, banana pudding, fruit cake, hints of sweet tea with mint, soft cinnamon. Not too potent but very rich and creamy.
Palate: Oak and spice. Still plenty of desserts. Spice cake, tobacco, vanilla, and Christmas spice. The palate is still very rich but not quite as dense as the nose. Also, surprisingly spicy compared with the nose. The finish is long with tons of cinnamon and cloves as well as a bit of red pepper.
