Nose: Cocoa powder, strawberry candy, snickerdoodles, pralines, lemon zest, really nice solvents.
Palate: Cinnamon bark, blackberry jam, candied ginger, clove cigarettes, and a slightly overcooked toffee. S’mores! Definitely more chocolate, graham crackers, and burnt marshmallow.
Overall: This is great! Loves the s’mores notes on the palate. Maybe a tad bitter on the finish but that seems to bring some body and balance out the sweetness.
