Nose: Cedar, sazerac cocktail, lemon oil, gingerbread, sticky dried fruits, crispy brown sugar, suede, and honeycomb.
Palate: More fresh wood, bow resin, cardamom and clove spiced banana bread, dates, fig chutney, and a big Christmas spice finish.
Overall: Rich, sticky, and woody. Like a fruit and jam charcuterie board on an oiled wooden serving tray.
