Casks: European and American oak, sherry finished
Nose: Dried figs, candy wrappers, marshmallows, vanilla taffy, corn flour, powdered sugar, almonds, and honeysuckle.
Palate: Yellow cake with vanilla frosting, chocolate orange, nice backbone of young wood, hints of red fruits, blackberry, and summer hay. Walnut oil and cinnamon sticks round out a lovely finish.
