Nose: Bracing peat aromas of tires and petrichor, pine sap, lime juice, metal and plastic totes. All surprisingly sweet with a baked goods quality.
Palate: Now a blast of smoke, sweet chili sauce with more citrus, sea spray and dried salted fish. An intense finish with smoking embers, sweet chili, and a lovely but inexplicable citrus twang.
