Color: Golden Hay
Nose: Green jelly beans, poached pears, suntan lotion, lemon curd, lavender, creamy, pine needles, cloves, orange peels, green bananas, and plenty of toffee. Light but a bit harsh. Takes a while to open up. Pulsing with layers.
Palate: Beautiful. Full and forward. Vanilla cake, marmalade, buttercream frosting. Much more spice than the nose, most notably pepper. Underripe figs. Malt. Long finish of orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, fresh ground peppercorns, and oak.
