Fun single barrel pick for the Tallahassee Whiskey Society. I loved the nose on this even if the palate was a bit of a let down.
Nose: Almond joy! Milk chocolate, sweetened coconut, and toasted almonds.
Palate: Cotton candy, young barrel notes, and a brief baking spice finish. All very sweet.
