Nose: Honey, summer hay, licorice candy, fresh cut pine wood, sweet molasses syrup, barrel char.
Palate: Woodsmoke, shortbread, apple blossom honey, cinnamon, and fennel seeds up front. Darker on the back palate with figs, prunes, and brown sugar. Long, spicy cinnamon finish with white pepper and praline sweetness.
With water: More fresh fruit, especially green apple, mango, and tangerine.
